To make sure everything is working and to assess the status of your properties in India, our company can arrange regular visits. We can also carry out necessary improvements or repairs during these visits.

We take care and maintenance of the entire property. This includes things like routine maintenance, repairs, insurance, paying property taxes and making sure the property is safe.
